關(guān)于定期清理不作為斑竹的通知

         說(shuō)實(shí)話,在我們汶上中都社區(qū),斑竹缺少的是權(quán)利,得到的回報(bào)也不多,更多的是義務(wù).是很辛苦的一個(gè)差事.但是,既然選擇了做斑竹,意味著就要付出.
      然而,長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),有很多版友申請(qǐng)了斑竹,卻不做為.對(duì)管理資源有很大浪費(fèi).所以從今天起,社區(qū)決定清理半年以上沒(méi)有發(fā)貼,沒(méi)有管理行為的斑竹.
     為了督促大家積極參與社區(qū)的建設(shè),決定每3個(gè)月清理一次不合格斑竹,請(qǐng)?jiān)谌蔚陌咧穹e極行動(dòng)起來(lái),參與論壇的發(fā)展,多發(fā)貼,多引導(dǎo)朋友到社區(qū)來(lái).

! ~2 z9 t6 }* k. J  h5 c( I$ g& b    下次清理時(shí)間為2009年5月26-5月31日,特此通知.下次考核不合格的,降級(jí)為實(shí)習(xí)斑竹.

申請(qǐng)通過(guò)以后,成為實(shí)習(xí)斑竹,實(shí)習(xí)斑竹有3個(gè)月的考核期,在這3個(gè)月內(nèi),發(fā)貼量和管理量達(dá)到要求的,晉升為正式斑竹.考核不通過(guò)的,恢復(fù)原會(huì)員身份.
